Proper implant position and angulation are fundamental for functional and optimal esthetic implant rehabilitation. This article describes the clinical application of surgical microfixation screws for stabilization and support of radiographic and surgical templates in edentulous patients. These screws provide fixed reference points for exact positioning of a diagnostic device.
